I saw this thing and can't for the life of me understand the effort that went into this. The logic is that a motorcycle can weave in and out of traffic. Hello? You're still pulling a car and you are longer than a rollback. It will tow about 2.5 tons at a max speed of 20mph. Hell I've seen a strong man pull a bus with his teeth faster than that. Who knows somebody might buy it.
