Just watch out that you don't take your personality with it. WTF is up with this video?
First off I will say that I do this. It helps my sinuses quite a bit and I hate taking all the sinus meds. But, this video is just to ridiculous to pass up. Give the lady her props for the fact that she does not even flinch whilst pumping the warm salty brine through her nasal cavity.
