Lots of cool concepts never make to the real world. This one I really hope does. But if you notice there is no drive train or disc brake lines. That could really be a tough one to solve. I would think maybe a shaft drive or belt drive that utilizes an internal shifting rear hub. Still very cool and has to the potential to be a big hit.
It was designed and constructed by 24-year-old Royal College of Art student Dominic Hargreaves. He calls it the Contortionist. Pretty slick.
