I am very happy with the Thule bike box. It turned out to have plenty of room. The way the wheels mount in the other half and are secured by the divider is nice. It rolls nicely. I covered the bike in pipe insulation and zip tied everything to it. It can be picked up in one piece. This is for the fact the box will be opened and searched. The great folks at TSA need it to be as simple as possible to pack back in. I hope I have provided that.
